We make it a priority to ensure all items for sale in SolidGlow Store are in supply, and that you receive what you have ordered. If for any reason an item is out of stock, we will notify you of when you can expect to take delivery of this item. If you do not wish to wait for the late delivery, then you have the right to cancel your order for that item. Please note we will only charge you for items we can despatch.

Ordering
There is no minimum order. But please note that we don’t take orders via Short Message Service or SMS.
Always quote your full name and correct / complete address including postal code, for safe destination of the products that you ordered. We
also ask for your telephone number, which enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order. For all deliveries this number may be given to our couriers / shipping services. Orders and payment received before 3pm Monday to Thursday are normally dispatched the same day. Orders received on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays are dispatched on the following working day.

Payment
Temporarily payment for goods ordered should be made by Bank Transfer, Money Order, and .Western Union. Shipping & handling charges is include with your payment, and charges are calculated based on the shipping weight, dimension, and destination of each order. As soon as we receive your payment, your order will be shipped.

Pricing
While every effort is made to maintain prices, with many imported products within the range, it may not always be possible, and therefore, we reserve the right to discontinue any item or change any prices when necessary. However, we will make a notification about adjusment prices at leats 2 weeks before and maximum a month before. Major price adjusments special offer, or discount.will also be published in our Web Site, as we strive to keep the published prices valid for all items listed.

JABOTABEK deliveries
Order will be sent using Regular Shipping (PCP) or Express Shipping (GED), depend on the request. The rate of Regular Shipping normally
Rp. 6000/kg, and for Express Shipping is Rp. 12.000/kg. However, for oversize products there will be an additional extra costs of shipping. Despite goods being sent from us very promptly, please remember that Express Delivery can take up to 2 - 3 days to reach you, although will normally arrive within 1 - 2 days; and Regular Delivery can take up to 3 - 4 days although will normally arrive within 2 - 3 days.

All orders for Health Care products (Medicines, Supplements, Homoeopathic Remedies, etc), are dispatched by Express Delivery to ensure the freshness and to maintain the quality. For large orders (exceed 2 kg) we will advise of the most economical method and seek approval of costs before despatch. For exact shipping and handling charges, please contact us by phone or e-mail.

Outside JABOTABEK deliveries
For orders outside JABOTABEK, we will use the most reliable, economical, and safest couriers available. All orders for Health Care products, are dispatched by Express Delivery to ensure the freshness and to maintain the quality. Please remember that Express Delivery can take up to 3 - 4 days to reach you, although will normally arrive within 2 days.

International Shipping
We will be happy to ship an order to most international destinations. The Customer will be responsible for the cost of international shipping as well as all duties and taxes charged at the time of importation. We ship internationally via EMS, DHL, and regular Postal Service. Orders are normally dispatched to overseas addresses within 3 working days but delivery times will vary depending on the destination. We will email you a quote for shipping and handling charges prior to processing your order and will wait for your approval.

Goods Return / Exchange Policy
We are not responsible for packages that are returned to us due to an invalid shipping address supplied by the customer. But if you found damage in your order / receive items that you didn’t order (faulty sent by us), you should notify us either by telephone or by e-mail within 3 days of receiving the goods.

Packages that are obviously damaged should be refused and left with the carrier as it is their responsibility for damage occurring in transit. If you discover the damage after opening the box, it may be returned to our store for replacement or refund. The item must be returned to us in its original packaging. We cannot exchange any goods once the tamper evident container has been opened.

When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. You are also responsible for the postage for the return parcel. If you are returning an item as a result of a mistake by SolidGlow Store, we will pay for the cost of postage for the return parcel.
